Hello,
I've got some news from the trenches of the Free Ryzom Campaign for
you. While the buyout of Ryzom's assets didn't worked, we haven't
stopped there. As you may have read in the news, the vote to choose to
keep working to make virtual worlds a place where freedom has a meaning
was accepted by 80% of the voters:

We have thus setup a new home for the project, the Virtual Citizenship
Association, at:
http://www.virtualcitizenship.org/
Have a look at it, especially at the Current Actions and the Social
Contract, to know more about what the project would become:

We are also running two votes over the next three days, until Sunday
January 14th, at 8pm. As a member of the Ryzom.org community, you are
kindly invited to vote!
- "Do you agree with the content of the virtualcitizenship.org website
to define our action?" http://www.ryzom.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=226
- "Do you approve the release of statement welcoming the freeing of
Second Life?" http://www.ryzom.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=227
See you,
--
Xavier.
