As announced on ryzom.org forums, a quick voting on the plan proposal
elaborated by Xavier together with Thanys and Valentin Lacambre as
well as Olivier Lejade, resulted on a 98% of agreement, so the first
legal steps towards setting the association which will actually be
presented to the liquidation entity.
Of course, the legal form of the association will follow what's been
stated on the social contract, now being able to continue Jolt's
service so Ryzom is not stopped during the process, and allowing to
set up an alternative solution.

The current roadmap is pretty full of events:

        - Monday, December 4th: Valentin Lacambre, who
wrote the status and main financial guy, will give the plan to the
Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, to let the judges read it along with
other potential offers;

        - Tuesday, December 5th : the judge will give its decision,
eventually giving an extra delay to let every party improve its
proposal.

On another hand, the teaser video made by Sylk to promote the
ryzom.org project has also received approval by the Nevrax team and
it's embedded on ryzom.org front page, and also on YouTube
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jqvOHvDD4k). It's really worth
viewing!
